I had just submitted my entry for the Sirui Photo Shootout @ DCIM Show 2009, where we have to capture the models on stage posing with Sirui tripods and choose the best picture for the contest.
I love my shot very much, but let’s hope the judges love it too. XD Best 3 entries will win Sirui Professional Camera Tripod. 

I went for the recently concluded DCIM Show 2009. DCIM stands for Digital Camera, Imaging and Media. Kinda disappointed with the event, because it was not a big event as everyone thought it would be.

I went on Friday and Sunday, just for the Velocity Angels Model of the Year 2009 competition. That’s the main focus of the whole event. That was my first ever tryout on model and runway shooting. XD

Since this is just a teaser, let’s crap no more and go straight to some photos.

The lighting is very bad, for photographers.
Most of my model shots turned out to be too warm in colour. >o<

The model at the Nikon CLS booth.
Since I’m using Nikon D40 and Nissin flash, I couldn’t trigger the studio flash set-up.
But I was freaking lucky enough to have got this wonderful shot, which I then convert to black and white.
