My first scheduled post!!! LOL

I don’t know when will I be getting the internet connection back.
Since i’m “borrowing’ WIFI from someone in my housing neighbourhood, I shall quickly write a few scheduled post to at least keep my blog updated, at least once a week.

Another batch of photos from my try-out with my DIY product shoot set up.

All photos taken with my Nikon D40 + 50mm f1.8, with a flashgun fired from left & right during the long exposure to create a studio-style lighting.
Added vignette effect in Adobe Photoshop CS2.

I like these photos a lot, so nice can? Worth tiring my eyes out to manual focus.

More product-type photography coming up.

Last Saturday, I attended the Global Village of the recently concluded AIESEC 2009 International Congress.
Met with many people from all around the world, witnessing their cultural performances and tasting their local treats and titbits.

Tomorrow is Die The Day !!!

The day the first paper of my final examination starts.
The day that marks the beginning of the ending to my foundation year.
And also the starting day of an important week that my scholarship will depends on.

Did a series, but here’s sneak peek on one of them.

I got hooked up on Rubik’s cube about one month back, but hangat-hangat tahi ayam, it was collecting dust in a corner after playing with it for 2 weeks. One day I saw the cube again and somehow I have a feeling of doing a shoot for it. Hehe

Constructed my own DIY product shoot set-up.

Photo shot with Nikon D40 + 50mm, 10 secs @ f/16 and ISO 200, with an off-camera flash fired manually 3 times during the long exposure.

Cropped, sharpen, added saturation and glowing effect in Picasa 3.

That’s all for now.
Going to flip through my notes one more time, then jump into my bed for a good night sleep.
